For your convenience, luggage carts are available for guest use at the entrance of the G/H and P/Q Buildings. Please return luggage carts to the entrance when finished. PARKING Garage and surface lot parking is available for your convenience at our resort. The front desk will provide you with a parking pass with your check in materials. Please do not park in reserved spaces as the vehicle will be subject to tow. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS • When arriving at the property, please make your way to the registration office in between buildings G & H. There are two courtesy phones with a lockbox located on the wall outside of the registration office. • Pick up the courtesy phone located on the left side of the lockbox. This will automatically connect you to an after-hours agent. • The agent will check you in and give you a combination to the lockbox located next to the courtesy phone. • Inside the lockbox you will find an envelope with the same name as your reservation. • Inside the envelope, you will find keys to your room and additional resort information. • Please stop by the front desk during business hours the following day to complete your check in. QUIET HOURS 10pm – 8am We strive to ensure that all guests have a stress free and relaxing vacation. During all other hours, please keep excessive noise to a minimum. SMOKE-FREE POLICY Maui Banyan is a smoke-free resort. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, and electronic vaping is prohibited in all guest rooms, lanais, and common areas. Evidence of smoking in the resort will result in a $750 cleaning charge. Guest smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas located near the parking garage across from Buildings G/H and in the parking lot across from Building T. VENDING There are soda vending machines located at the entrance of Buildings G/H and P/Q, and near the pools for your enjoyment. WI-FI Internet connection via Wi-FI is available in your unit only. Please note there is no access to Wi-Fi in common areas such as the lobby or by the pool. For assistance with Wi-Fi connection, call the Management’s Office at Maui Beach Vacation Club at 808.879.7800 during normal business hours. TELEVISION Relax and unwind while watching some TV in your room. You can control the TV and cable box using the remote provided by Spectrum. APPLIANCES For your enjoyment, one and two bedroom units are equipped with full kitchens including the following appliances: full size refrigerator, 4 top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. These units come with a stacked washer/dryer for your use as well. The studio units are equipped with a kitchenette including the following appliances: mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. To make your stay even easier, your unit comes with the following: telephone, television with cable, and alarm clock. HOUSEKEEPING Our top priority is to serve your needs and create a memorable experience during your stay. For guests staying two weeks or longer, your unit will be cleaned every 7 days. For guests staying longer than one week but less than two weeks, your unit will be cleaned in the middle of your stay. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer with a complimentary packet of laundry detergent are located in all one and two bedroom units for your convenience. UNIT CLEANLINESS Our beautiful island is home to a wide range of creatures that contribute to our ecosystem. Occasionally, that leads to some unwanted pests in our resort. Please take the following precautions to mitigate the occurrences of these pests in your units. Empty all trash during your stay and upon checkout. Please do not leave trash outside the unit in the hallway. There are trash receptacles outside of Building A and Building B, across from Buildings G and H near the parking garage, across from Buildings P and Q near the tennis court, and across from Building T in the parking lot. Clean all kitchen surfaces after preparing food and eating, tightly seal leftover food, and store all food in containers in the refrigerator. All necessary grilling utensils are located in the oven drawers in one and two bedroom units and in the cabinet above the microwave in studio units. Instructions are located near the grills.
